4.1 We use personal information only as appropriate to provide our client quality service and security. The personal information RMD Trader holds is for (but not limited to):
4.1.1 We may also use this information to establish and set up a Client account, issue an
account number and a secure password maintain a client’s account activity, and contact a client with account information.
4.1.2 Reviewing clients’ current requirements
4.1.3 This information helps us improve our services to you, customize your browsing experience
and inform you about additional products, services or promotions that may be interest to you.
4.1.4 We also assess your trading experience, your approximate annual income and approximate net worth to assess your financial position.

7.2 The client will be notified when his personal information is collected by any third party that is not the Company’s agent/service provider, and the client can make an informed decision as to whether or not to share his information with that party.

8.1 All information clients provide to us is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
8.2 Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables the client to access certain parts of our Website, the client is responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

8.5 The obligation to safeguard the confidentiality and not to disclose information do not apply to information that is in public domain or is made public not due to the Parties’ actions (or failure to act); or is in legal possession of one of the parties and was not subject to an obligation of confidence or non-disclosure at the moment of its receipt by such Party.
