a. Protecting the privacy and safeguarding the personal and financial information of our clients and Website visitors is one of our highest priorities.

b. RMDTrader respects its clients’ privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information the client provides.

c. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect through our products and services and how this information is used.

d. By opening an account or by using our Website, the Client consents and agrees to the information collection processing and practices described in this policy.

e. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act, the data controller is RMDTrader(“we”, “us”, “our”.)

3.1 ​​When a client applies to open an account with us, we require the completion of an online application Form found on our website(s). By completing the online application form, the client is requested to provide the Company with private information in order for us to evaluate his/her/its application and comply with the applicable laws and regulations governing the provision of financial services.

10.1​ Like many websites, RMD Trader use cookies to assist us in securing clients’ trading activities and to enhance the performance of our Website. (Cookies are small text files sent from the Web to your computer.) Cookies used by us do not contain any personal information nor do they contain account or password information. They merely allow the site to recognize that a page request comes from someone who has already logged on.

10.2​ A third party may be used to track and analyse usage and statistical volume information, including page requests, form requests, and click paths. The third party may use cookies to track behaviour and may set cookies on behalf of us. These cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information. However, if a client selects this setting, he/she may be unable to access certain parts of our Website or unable to avail of any of our services.

11.1​ A client has the right to request a copy of the information held by us about him/her. We may charge a fee for this. A client also has the right to access his/her data, have changed any inaccuracies in the details we hold about him/her, the right to object to the use of client’s data and the right to block any specific uses of a client’s data, by means of a request in writing to RMDTrader, 8th Floor, Ebene Tower, 52 Cybercity Ebene, Mauritiu.

12.1​ From time to time, we may update this Privacy Statement, in the event we change this Privacy Statement, the revised Privacy Statement will promptly be posted too the Websites and we will post a notice on our Websites informing our clients of such changes.

12.2 ​the client will be asked whether he/she agrees to accept posting of a revised Privacy Statement electronically on the Website as actual notice to him/her Any dispute over our Privacy Statement is subject to this notice and our Customer Agreement.

12.3​ We encourage our client to periodically check back and review this policy so that he/she always will know what information we collect, how we use it, and to whom we disclose it.
